Return and Exchanges
All our products are proudly made by hand. When you place an order, you should understand that your pieces will be unique and may have what you may perceive as “imperfections.” We cannot and do not create “perfect” ceramics pieces.
We only post limited units at a time. Please contact us if you would like to order larger quantities.
Lead Time (approximate) shipping time not included:
2 weeks if in stock.
8-12 weeks if starting new batch
PIECES ARE AS IS AND MIGHT CONTAIN OCCASIONAL FLAWS.
If a piece is damaged (cracked or chipped) or broken when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the box (6 sides exterior) + interior packaging. If damages or shortages occur, they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We do not pay for or refund returns, however, if a return is agreed upon between both parties, you agree to return the goods in their original condition and original packaging to our studio. If failure to do so and damage is incurred in transit, all costs will be directed to you and payment must be fulfilled within 48 hours from notification.

Orders are final once invoice payment has been made. Please choose carefully, as all of our pieces are made to order. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES under any circumstance will be accepted for a dissatisfaction with clay, glaze, color, specks, imperfections in the stoneware or glazing technique; the presence of such irregularities and subtle imperfections are evidence of the artisanal nature of our work. This must be accepted before the Sale is processed! By placing an order on this site, you accept the terms and conditions.
